It is important to include stretching and mobility in the week to compliment your workouts and prevent injury. See below for an express stretch that you should aim to tag onto the end of each workout plus mobility and yoga sessions. There is also a session to activate the glutes which is great to do before a run and a core focused session for the days you don’t want a cardio burn.
