I am fully qualified in the field of nutrition with a BSc. in Nutrition and Food Science and MSc. in Sports Nutrition and have been working in the health industry for over 15 years.
I can educate you on the best dietary practices for you, your goals and your individual lifestyle.
Coaching can be done remotely or face to face.
All personal training packages include nutrition coaching as part of the package as optimum results can only be achieved with the correct dietary practice.
How does it work?
You will start by filling in a health and lifestyle questionnaire alongside a food and activity diary. This will help me to learn more about you and your current health status. Following this we will have either a face to face or phone consultation to go through my findings and the plan I have for you and how we will fit it around your lifestyle to enhance what you are already doing – sometimes big changes are needed but sometimes it can be a series of small changes that make a huge difference.
After the consultation you are not left on your own to tackle your new plan, I will continue to monitor what you are doing with food and acitivity diaries. I will also be on hand via text or call for any questions you have along the way. You can continue with coaching like this for as long as you need to until you feel able to go ahead by yourself using all the tools I have taught you. You also have to option to book in more consultations if you feel you need them.
How much does it cost?
Initial consultation plus first month of coaching – £185
Follow up consultation (45 minute phone call or face to face)– £59
Continued coaching after initial month – £75 per month
