My name is Lindsay and I have created the Strong Mums program to help women feel empowered and in control of their body through the most turbulent time of its life. I am a fully qualified pre- and post-natal trainer and nutritionist, however, nothing makes me more qualified than being a mum myself!
Keeping fit and strong through out life is so important and it really becomes apparent when you start asking your body to house and grow your baby for 9 months.
Giving birth is the most physical challenge anyone could ever go through and a strong mind and strong body is so important to push you through.
From birth and beyond, the demands from your little one will never end. Maintaining your fitness will ensure you can keep up with them and it also allows you to keep a little bit of time for yourself.

What will you get?
A series of workouts to strengthen the body from top to toe, suitable from the 1st trimester of pregnancy through to the day your little one is walking and talking.
Workouts that will work on common pre- and post-natal issues such as glute strength, back pain and healing diastasis recti (abdominal separation).

What will you need?
An exercise mat
A resistance band with handles on either end
A small looped resistance band or ‘booty band’ that can go around your legs – opt for the ‘strong’ one.
