Ensure to take care when exercising. If you are a Pure Member watch the exercise tutorials and practice the moves and lifts slowly before attempting the fast paced workouts.
Ensure to warm up sufficiently for your body and stretch afterwards. Please take care during the high intensity work and if you have any underlying health issues be wary of pushing yourself too hard.
Although adaptations are given through out the workouts it is your responsibility to ensure you don’t hurt yourself. Please avoid exercises that will aggravate present or past injuries and consider a personalised 1-1 training plan if suitable.
If a member of Strong Mums do not start exercising post-partum until you have had your 6 week check from your GP, and ideally from a womans health physio.
Pure Lifestyles cannot be held responsible for any injury or illness caused by participating in the workouts. Members exercise at their own risk.
There are no refunds on payments and the Pure membership contract can be cancelled at any time.
Be aware of your body and stop if something doesn’t feel right.
